Your teams deserve better than unspoken tension.
When things go unsaid, collaboration slows, decisions stall and talent ends up leaving. I help your managers and teams finally have the conversations everyone avoids. Then build leadership that holds.

What a badly handled conflict costs
A well-handled conflict moves a team forward: it clarifies roles and builds trust. Handled badly, it wears people out and drives the best ones away.
- 57%of people who experience conflict at work come out of it with stress, anxiety or depression.Acas, 2025
- 2xmore likely to want to leave after a conflict: 33% of those affected, versus 16% of others.CIPD, Good Work Index 2024
- 82%of people who become managers have received no management training.CMI / YouGov, 2023
- 70%of a team's engagement depends on its manager.Gallup
Wasted time
Meetings that go in circles, decisions put off, files that stall because no one dares to make the call.
Drained energy
Teams walking on eggshells, hallway rumors, a mood that weighs on everyone, including people who have nothing to do with it.
Avoidable departures
Your best people rarely leave because of the work. They leave because of the tensions no one dared to resolve.
This suffering has a cost for your organization: time, energy and talent. Get in touch so we can discuss your situation and how we could work together.

Two ways to work together
Sometimes working with the manager is enough to carry the change. Sometimes it takes the whole team.
Leadership comes out stronger either way.
One-on-one coaching for your managers
Each manager works on their real situations, in complete confidentiality.
- Conflict: prepare and lead the difficult conversation, correct course without breaking things, arbitrate between two people.
- Leadership: stepping into the role, stance, decision-making, feedback, staying firm under pressure.
- One-on-one sessions of 60 to 90 minutes, on a set schedule or as needed.
Team sessions
When tension affects the whole team, we get the dialogue going again, together, within a clear framework.
- Defuse entrenched tension and settle what's blocking.
- Equip the team with role-plays drawn from your reality, and concrete phrases to reuse.
- Set ground rules that hold, with a follow-up to check.
The conflict assessment: individual or team
Before acting, we look at what's really going on. Not on a hunch: on data.
Individual assessment
A person takes the “conflict style” self-assessment. They see their dominant reflex, what it costs them, and their ability to switch modes.
- Free, about 8 minutes (available in French for now).
- An immediate result, and concrete next steps.
Team assessment
The same assessment, for a whole team. The manager gets the team's map of reflexes: the styles present, the ones missing, the friction zones.
- Check the team's balance and spot tensions before they erupt.
- Help everyone understand each other better, and work together better.
- Stop losing time, money and talent to tensions no one names.
How it works
- A first conversation. You describe the situation: the team, the tensions, what you've already tried.
- The assessment. Together we pin down the real need: manager coaching, team sessions, or both.
- A tailored proposal. A format adapted to your reality, your constraints and your calendar.
- The support. Concrete sessions with the P.O.N.T method, and tools your managers keep using without me.
- The follow-up. We check that it holds over time, and adjust if needed.
Medical leadership
Physicians, pharmacists, researchers, healthcare professionals: I know your reality. The pressure, the hierarchy, the schedules, the teams that keep changing.
- I've trained many physicians in longitudinal leadership programs.
- I also support them through one-on-one coaching and targeted sessions.
- I've helped many healthcare teams collaborate better and resolve their tensions.
- Years of experience in the medical field, in Canada and internationally.
