Long experience in healthcare
At the University of Ottawa Faculty of Medicine, I'm an internal coach and trainer. I design leadership development programs there.
Over the years, I've trained hundreds of physicians in longitudinal leadership programs. I also support physicians, pharmacists, researchers and healthcare professionals through one-on-one coaching and targeted sessions.
I've helped many healthcare teams collaborate better and resolve their tensions. I know their realities: the pressure, the hierarchy, the schedules, the teams that keep turning over.
