Who is responsible

This site belongs to Ayoub Chobah, conflict resolution and leadership coach.

I am the person responsible for protecting your personal information. For any question or request: [email protected].

I comply with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (Canada) and Quebec's Law 25.

What I collect

• When you fill out a form (assessment, quiz, guide, contact): your first name, last name, email, and what you write or answer.
• Your country: my host, Cloudflare, infers it from your connection. I don't ask for it.
• When you buy (full report, express coaching): your name, email and the amount. Your card number is handled by Stripe: I never see it.
• When you visit the site: the pages viewed, time spent, the page you came from, your type of device and your country. No cookies and no IP address: a random visit number, erased when you close the tab.
• When I email you: whether my email was delivered, opened, and whether you clicked a link.

Why I use it

I don't sell or rent your information. I don't use it for advertising.

A visit is linked to your name only if you send a form. I then see which pages you went through before.

• To send you what you asked for: your result, your report, your guide, my reply.
• To follow up by email after your assessment. You can unsubscribe at any time, in one click.
• To prepare our conversations if you work with me: I keep a copy of your result for your follow-up.
• To improve the site: understand which pages help, and where people stop.

Where it is stored

I use a few services to run the site. Some store information outside Quebec and outside Canada, including in the United States:

• Cloudflare: site hosting and database.
• Resend: sending emails.
• Stripe: payments.
• Google: a confidential copy of your result sheet in my Google Drive.
• Anthropic (Claude): the assistant that helps me organize my follow-up and replies.

How long

After these periods, I delete them or make them anonymous.

• Your information and results: up to 3 years after our last exchange.
• Purchases: 6 years, as required by law for accounting records.
• Visit measurements: up to 2 years.

Your rights

You can ask me at any time to see the information I have about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Email me at [email protected]: I'll reply within 30 days.

You can also withdraw your consent to follow-up emails, with the unsubscribe link included in each of them.

If you're not satisfied with my answer, you can contact the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec or the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

Security

Access to my data is password-protected and exchanges with the site are encrypted. If an incident affected your information, I would notify you and the relevant authorities, as the law requires.

Changes

If I change this policy, I update the date at the top of this page.
